Refund & Cancellation Policy – Uddiyaan Consultancy Services
At Uddiyaan Consultancy Services, we value transparency and fairness in all our interactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request a cancellation or refund of services availed through us.
1. Service Confirmation
Once a service is confirmed and payment is made, our team initiates the process promptly, including consultation, documentation, application support, or registration work. By proceeding with payment, the client agrees to the initiation of services.
2. Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel the service:
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of payment for partial refund eligibility.
• No refund will be applicable once work on the service has commenced (e.g., application filing, document preparation, legal drafting, etc.).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative or processing charges.
3. Cancellation by Uddiyaan Consultancy Services
In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances:
• A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Clients will be notified with a valid explanation and offered alternative solutions where possible.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
• Career counseling or consultation once conducted
• Visa assistance and documentation services after submission
• NGO registration fees once application is filed
• Charges paid to third-party institutions, government portals, or testing agencies
5. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment or other mutually agreed channels.
6. No Guarantee Clause
While we provide expert support, we do not guarantee final outcomes such as university admission, visa approval, or government registration. Refunds will not be entertained on the basis of results that are outside our control.
